She was awarded a Drama'logue' in recognition of her performance as Catholic School Girls on a stage. In her early career, she appeared as the TV guest on various TV shows including The X-Files. She played recurring characters in television series like Hyperion Bay, and in independent films like Home Room. She landed her debut main part on The sitcom Good Morning Miami. In Justice Boston Legal followed in the following season, as did House of Cards. Her portrayal as Dana Gordon on the HBO show Entourage gained her attention. The show also rewarded her with the Critics' Choice Television Award for her performance as Quinn King, in Un REAL. She reprised the role of Gordon on the film comedy Entourage and starred in the movies Results as well as Run the Tide. She is set to be her voice character Veronica Cale in the upcoming Direct-to-Video animated superhero movie Wonder Woman: Bloodlines.
